White water war and trafic jam

We tried to dislodge a raft that was hung up on some rocks and got stuck ourselves. Then another raft tried to dislodge us….finally we were free and running down some small rapids while splashing other rafters…again just too much fun.

Collision in the rapids

More fun…we had a collision with some other rafters and of course a small water fight took place too. Steve and Roxanne Seely were great fun to tease while we rafted. They are an amazing and wonderful couple that have become good friends.

Team Rutter runs the rapids

Stewart Rutter, our Vice President of Sales with Synergy Worldwide, leads his raft to success over the rapids. Our guide said they call this one the Gringo eater…his name was Danny and he was a great guy…but it didn’t eat the Gringo’s known as Team Rutter!

It was difficult for our crew to keep the raft in one place while I was videoing everyone. I can’t tell who this is coming over the rapids. Sure had fun…

We had a lot of fun running the river with all of our Synergy friends. This is the start of the rapids…not really to scary but we laughed a lot.

Gay and Dane floatin’ on the river

Dane (two time MLB World Series winner) and Gay Iorg were a blast to be with on the Legacy Retreat in Costa Rica. Dane is one of the most positive, fun people I have ever had the chance to know. You must make sure you get to know him. Great team, Gay and her husband Dane.

Cicada’s pee on us

Danny, our guide, explains that the light rain we were experiencing was not really rain at all…but rather we were being urinated on! Hmmmm…ever have times in your life that you have felt like that? Funny stuff that we had fun learning about.

Carlos pulled in and Paul teased

Carlos the tour guide was always up for some fun and games. He spoke perfect english and was always teasing somebody…my kind of guy. And once again we find time to tease Paul about not coming with us on the rafting trip.

Danny our guide teases Bart

Our guide, Danny, surprised Bart Woodcook and almost got him in the water. Bart was great fun the entire ride. I highly suggest you get to know him the next time you are at a Synergy event and if Paul Blad brings his wife, you must meet her, Nicole, she is too much fun to be with…everybody loves being with her….and of course I believe everybody is lucky to be friends wih my wife, she is amazing.
