Dr. Joe Prendergast talks about Vitamin D

Posted by admin On October - 15 - 2009

Did you hear what Dr. Joe Prendergast said about vitamin D on the conference call tonight? Vitamin D3 is continuing to prove to be a powerful product for many diseases, especially heart disease. Of course because he helped formulate Synergy’s ProArgi9 Plus it has a substantial amount of vitamin D as one of the many important ingredients.

Dr. Joe also has the large dosages he spoke of in his special D3 Spray!  I have had many people ask me where to get this spray. So now we have provided for you a convenient way to get some of yourself. And you can have your own ‘Dr. Joe’s Vitamin D3 Spray’ at a special discount. Instead of paying $40, $35 or even $30 you can have your own tube of this special spray formulation for as low as $19.99 for a limited time. Go to www.ToolsForSynergy.com to claim yours. While you’re there check out the information sheet and white paper on this amazing product.

Nicole Asks for Your Help!

Posted by admin On October - 12 - 2009

Hi Everyone!  My name is Nicole Ruttig, and I am a part of Synergy Team Global as well as a finalist for the 2009 Redken cover competition in Canada and I need your votes to help me win the competition.  In January of this year I was first introduced to Synergy.  Dr. Nick Martinuik had preformed the CPW test on me and I found out just how bad off I was and that day will forever be the turning point in my life.  The next day I styled my model Danielle’s hair, took a picture and then mailed it in.  Well, a few weeks later I decided to become a distributor and by the persistence of Dr. Nick telling me how going to an open house would change my life I decided May is when we could go.

There were 7 of us that planned on going on the trip together.  Everything was arranged, how we were going, when we would leave and then I got an email telling me that I was a finalist for the Redken Cover Competition and needed to be in Edmonton, Alberta on the Monday May 11th  with my model to recreate my look.  I was torn!!!! How was this going to work?? I had to attend the competition and I could not pass up going to the open house.  I would just make it work!!!  I booked a flight from Salt Lake City to Edmonton almost immediately after I realized that we would be back home on the day before I needed to be at the competition.

My wonderful employees (whom I am grateful for) met me in Edmonton to support my adventure and my model with her husband made the journey to meet me there.  We competed on the Monday and won for the province of Saskatchewan.  Wow what an experience!!! First go to Utah and realize how life changing it was, Dr. Nick was right!!! (Thank you Dr. Nick)  Then go to Edmonton and win for my province!!  What an amazing experience!!

So that takes me to the next step, going to Montreal and competing with the other 6 finalists for the chance to be the winner of the 2009 Redken Cover Competition.  Funny thing is that the Leadership Conference happened to be 2 weeks later.  How amazing is that, both Synergy and my hair competition once again so close to being at the same time!!!

So now that brings us to today.  I need your support to help me win the competition; the most votes win, kind of like American Idol of hair!!

The competition voting is from October 1st till October 28th.  We will find out who the winner will be starting on November 15th, hmmmm is that close to when we go to Japan to the Global Summit!!!! How crazy is that!!!  Everything has come together Synergy and my hairstyling.  I am so grateful and blessed for what I have gained with Synergy and thankful that Dr. Nick was there that faithful day!!!

So please click on the following link below and vote for us!!! Thanks so much. (Please vote for the model on the top row, far right side (position #4), the model with her hand on the middle of her chest)

Penelope’s Birthday at the Mayan

Penelope’s Birthday at the Mayan

My daughter Penelope turned 11 and we had her birthday party at the Mayan, a restaurant in Sandy Utah. It is an interesting dining experience as they have these divers jumping off a man made cliff into a pool of water for entertainment. Pretty cool and fun for the kids…and adults.

We took our family to the Mayan for dinner for Penelope’s birthday. She turned 11. It is always fun to go out with our children have some fun. As you can see we make a small crowd where ever we go.

Flying Rockets!

Flying Rockets!

We flew our rockets we made in the parking lot of Mutual Dell campground. Russ Daley (our incredible scout master extraordinare) had built a compressor powered launcher with Brian Rawlings. What a launcher. Some of the paper rockets went completely out of sight! Later to return back to view. Some even exploded before they ever left the ground…great fun for all.

Making rockets

We had our family campout at Mutual Dell with our church. We made rockets with the kids. Of course it was mostly the Dad’s and Mom’s that did the taping and cutting. It was fun to watch the little kids and participate with them. Of course our rockets we built were the best! (ha, ha)

Breakfast at Mutual Dell

Campout breakfast

Our church (LDS) had its annual family campout just 10 minutes up American Fork Canyon at Mutual Dell. For breakfast the men cooked eggs, hash browns and pancakes. It was really good, even though it may look a little rustic. Everyone had fun and left full.

Going to church on Sunday at the LDS Vietnam branch

Going to church on Sunday at the LDS Vietnam branch

Steve Ostermiller and I went to the LDS (Mormon) Vietnam branch on Sunday. Finding it was one of those interesting, yet scary experiences. I was sure glad we found it! This is the only branch in Ho Chi Minh. The government allows the christian meetings but no missionary work. However there are still a lot of christians in Vietnam.

Explaination of Vietnam flag

Our tour guide took us on an interesting tour…not quite what we expected. We had the chance to see things from a different perspective. Heard again about Bac Ho (Uncle Ho or the Ho). This was the presidential palace when the US armed forces were there in the 70’s. Our guide explains to us the meaning of their flag. I love the people there however I am sure glad I was born in the USA.

Uncle Ho in Vietnam

When Steve and I went out to see the city of Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) we were taken to this historical main Post Office. The tour guides are very proud of their heritage with Ho Chi Minh, or as they call him ‘Bac Ho’ which means Uncle Ho. He is the one that they credit for their ‘peoples revolution’. Now as an American I am prone to just shortening the name, like a nickname right? So from that point on he was affectionately known to me as the Ho.
