Team Japan Flip into the river

Our Japanese friends proved to be entertaining, fun and completely crazy! As I said before we had a lot of fun going down the river with them as they were always up to some crazy scheme…way fun.

Diving in the water

I have got to work on my taping skills…it is frustrating watching some thing that is just off screen. Sorry that happens sometimes…I am just having too much fun participating in all the fun and forget that I am video taping…in this case I was getting in the water.

Looking for Piranhas

Now one of the cool things that has been fun to tell people is that we went swimming in a river that has piranhas…however these little devils only ate fruit and nuts…so the water was safe.

White water fun

Carlos the tour guide was taunting us so we tried to get him…but we failed. They floated away and we had fun laughing at ourselves for our meager attempt. Carlos became a good friend with all of us in a very short period of time…he was a real nice guy.

Team Japan and team Buckley battle it out

Due to the fact that I am not competitive at all…we started our battle off with Team Japan…these guys were a riot right from the beginning. As you can tell we all had a great deal of fun and we battled with them times. We just happen to win this one…they won the most!

White water team Buckley

Bart Woodcook is from Buckley, WA up near where Karen and I used to live for many years…so we aptly took on the name of our leader on the trip, Bart, of team Buckley. It was fun having a waterproof video camera on the journey.

White water wars begin

Before we even get launched into the river…the water fights begin…and as you can tell I get a little excited and enjoy the fun maybe a tad to much…but you can’t hide who you are.

As we prepared to launch, our Japanese friends, as usual, were ahead of us ready to go…and the USA folks were still on the shore thinking about it. We really had a lot of fun with all the Synergy friends from all over the world on this rafting trip…loads of laughs.

Whitewater lunch

We had a wonderful lunch served to us when we arrived to ride the river. I will tell you Synergy did every thing on this trip first class. Thanks go out to Lacy and her team for doing such an incredible job pampering us.

The wicked jungle bridge

We arrived at our location to go into the river, which was right before this wicked bridge. A vehicle had just crossed it and man was i ever impressed with the courage of the driver…this is one bridge I would have to feel pretty desperate to cross…
