Here I am in Vietnam at my favorite eating establishment eating my snails like a good little boy. As usual I am passionate about the things I like and I like snails…at least the ones in Vietnam. And I like them prepared in many various forms, this way is one of the best. I hope you have the chance to try them some time.

My favorite food in Vietnam is snails…now I know that to many of you that sounds wrong…but if you have them with the sauces they use in Vietnam you would enjoy them too. I can eat big bowls of them and have done so many times.
Vietnam, My favorite place to eat
In Vietnam, this is my favorite place to eat. I have loved just about everything I have eaten while there. The food is very fresh and consists of a lot of vegies and meat. It is amazing that I do not gain 10 pounds everytime I go. What is even more amazing is that sometimes I lose weight while I am there!
