I wrote this article last fall (when I using old information and did not have all the resources I have now) and did not edit it properly before I posted it last week. Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I am sorry for any confusion it may have caused. However I did edit this on Saturday. You should find the information has been modified from what you have found. Again thank you for your response and being actively involved in making this site a better resource for all of us.
